According to the originator of this Empires and Allies strategy:
Using 5 empire points, instead of purchasing +5 energy boost, simply purchase the power-up (accuracy 1)
Go to the Battle Map and choose Mercadia II, Battle #6 (Note: You must have B-52 Bombers so you don’t lose any units)
Accuracy 1 increases critical chance to 100% and when used for the last-hit during battle, this creates a critical kill which adds 3 energy, 3 EXP, 3 ores, and some coins. Using Accuracy 1 power-up will create 3 critical kills resulting in 9 energy, 9 EXP, 9 ores, and tons of coins from your meter accumulating to masterful.
You want to use the B-52 Bombers to hit each target ONCE and use a helicopter for the tank. This will leave all three enemy units one-hit from being killed – PERFECT! Once you have damaged all 3 enemy units, use your Accuracy one to create 3 critical kills and the rest is history. Don’t go spending 50 empire points to harvest 50 structures, that’s only 50 EXP. If my math is right, with 50 empire points you can buy 10 Accuracy and using this strategy, that is at least 150-200 EXP and tons of other resources.
